Online + Mobile Banking– Using the AmeriCU app or your desktop, login and select ‘Pay My Loans’ (click ‘More’ then ‘Pay My Loans’ if you’re on the app) to pay your loans from your AmeriCU account or an external account.
Auto Pay – You can set up recurring, automatic payments for your AmeriCU loan in Online + Mobile Banking under the ‘Pay my Loan’ tab (or ‘Bill Pay’ if you’re on your phone) and schedule your payment to automatically transfer each month.
Guest Pay – Visit the ‘One-Time Loan Payment’ from the Services & Tools section of any tab here on our website. You’ll need your full account number and your zip code to make a one-time or recurring payment on any of your AmeriCU loans.

Interactive ATMs – You can make a loan payment at any one of AmeriCU’s Interactive ATMs using your AmeriCU Visa Debit Card.
Teller Line – Stop to the Teller Line at any AmeriCU Financial Center and a representative would be happy to help you with your payment.
By Phone – Call 800.388.2000 and connect with an AmeriCU representative.
By Mail – Send your payment to AmeriCU – 1916 Black River Blvd., Rome, NY 13440.
Shared Branching – Stop in to any one of AmeriCU’s shared branching locations, available nationwide, and never miss a payment when you’re away from home.
