A service that uses the unique characteristics of your voice to create a secure way to access your accounts, without the hassle or delay of security questions or forgotten access codes or passwords.
We’ll ask when you first call us if you’d like to set up a Voiceprint to access your accounts. Once established, we’ll verify the sound of your voice against your Voiceprint to confirm it’s you, then we’ll get banking!
Like using your fingerprint or Face ID to access your cell phone, your voice is just as unique, which allows us to create a Voiceprint to keep on file and use for easy access to your accounts.

Yes! We base your Voiceprint off a variety of characteristics – pitch, accent, tone – so a little cold, flu, or pesky identical twin won’t impact you from accessing your accounts.
If your Voiceprint is not working for whatever reason, we can still access your account using your established security questions. If it happens more than once, we can work to review and reestablish your Voiceprint that we have on file.
Absolutely! We’ll ask the first time you call our Member Contact Center if you’d like to establish your Voiceprint. If you don’t want to – no worries! We’ll notate that on your account. Change your mind down the road? You can call us to opt back in!
